Jaimary Boon

I am Jaimary Boon.

I was born and raised in Curaçao. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Art Education from the ArtEZ Academy, The Netherlands. I teach art and love to make my own art as well. My favorite medium is paint, but I also do illustrations. Women have always been a source of inspiration for me. I love to put the strength and tenderness of a woman into my paintings. I hope the strength, power and mystery of the black woman showed in my paintings is something everyone can identify with.
